IT'S A NEW SEASON

Well, it's that time of year; time to spring forward. It's that time of year where we start to see the fruit of our labor as the buds begin to bloom from the seeds that we've sown and soon we'll see the harvest. It's a time of rebirth, renewal and a time for us to recharge our inner beings, our thoughts and our deeds. It's time for us to refocus our energy as we start to shed the old habits, the old thoughts and ways as we begin to blossom into all that God has for us to be. It's a time of rejuvenation and refreshing; and oh yeah..."baseball and apple pie." If you're like me, you started the year with thoughts of a renewed regiment to having a healthier and stronger voice and hopefully, you were successful in carrying out your plan of protecting your voice. Now that spring has sprung, I hope you've prepared your voice to sing melodious songs of praise and shouts of adoration; and for the coaches and fans a few stanzas of "Take Me Out To the Ballgame. So, let's all enjoy this season with a renewing of our mind and take time to stop and appreciate the beauty of the earth that surrounds us.
HELPFUL TIP: To help guarantee saving your voice and soothing your throat, I re-emphasize the use of sea salts. Quality sea salts have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and are rich in vitamins and minerals. Sea salts can be used internally and externally to boost the health. Sea salts can help to heal the throat and help to soothe the pain.
